Eucalyptus: Properties include antiseptic, astringent, antiviral, bactericidal, expectorant, fungicidal, and sedative. It is an excellent decongestant for fever, flu, coughs, colds or sinus. It soothes muscular aches, sprains and pains and helps to heal abrasions.
Peppermint oil: Properties include analgesic (for pain), anti-inflammatory (for inflammation), antiseptic (destroys and prevents germs), anti-infectious, ant microbial (destroys pathogens), antispasmodic, astringent, carminative (settles digestive, relieves gas, digestive, expectorant (helps remove respiratory mucous), fungicidal (kills fungus), decongestant.
Lavender oil: Properties include anti-inflammatory, expectorant, fungicidal, sedative, insecticide, emollient, aphrodisiac, antidepressant, and astringent .
Camphor oil: Camphor oil is a powerful anti-septic that ails in the treatment of respiratory ailments, opens blocked nasal passages, relieves congestion, reduces muscular aches, pains and stiffness.
Rosemary: Rosemary is high in camphor and is traditionally used in decongestant blends and pain (muscle) relief blends (think 'Vicks Vapor Rub'). This distinctive smelling essential oil is considered stimulating in nature and is often found in energizing blends.
Wintergreen: Properties include analgesic Ifor pain), anti-inflammatory (for inflammation), antiseptic (destroys and prevents germs), anti-infectious, anti-microbial (destroys pathogens), antispasmodic, and astringent.
Grape seed extract: It penetrates easily into the skin and provides antioxidants for great healing properties for the skin.

Instant Relief – EXTRA STRENGTH LINIMENT (“XL”): SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Apply liniment liberally, as needed, to any and all areas where you are experiencing pain, except any mucous membrane areas, eyes, mouth, genitals, etc. DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY. “XL” will not heal, cure, fix any medical ailment; it will only topically reduce pain and help you to have a better quality of life without taking any or as many over the counter medications for pain relief.
If you see any separation in the “XL” Liniment Cream Base and the Essential Oils, this is fine and will not affect the benefits of your use of this product. Simply SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING and proceed with use as needed. As a matter of fact those more pure essential oils are the ‘strength’ of the pain relief and can cautiously be used when not shaken back together to treat quite painfully affected but small areas – such as banging your shin badly on a hard wood piece of furniture.
HEADACHES & MIGRAINES: Place ‘XL’ in hands and massage base of skull, back of neck and large shoulder muscles between neck and shoulders (traps). Then carefully apply a small amount across the top of your forehead (avoiding your eyes) and temples. Also ‘miff’ the tip of both nostrils with a little of the ‘XL’ and then breathe in through your nose deeply, exhaling through your mouth. Repeat this breathing process three times and then relax.
MASSAGE & RUBS: The excellent ‘glide’ in ‘XL’ makes getting or giving (even to yourself) an easy and enjoyable non-chore! The tremendous strength of ‘XL’ penetrates quickly, soaks in deeper and lasts longer than anything we have found anywhere.
SHOWER OR BATHE: In the shower (again avoiding your eyes) ‘trip’ some ‘XL’ over the top of the shower stream and have an invigorating wake up. “SKIN KANDY” – Healing Lavender with Collagen (SK-C): On freshly cleansed face and neck (or where ever your targeted areas may be), gently pat and blend over areas of concern. Do not rub skin harshly. Remember also – you do not need to use an over abundance of this rich Shea Stick in order to obtain good coverage.
